Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food and Drink Service)

This qualification provides participants with the relevant foundation of knowledge of food and drink service, customer service and team work required in Hospitality and Catering. The qualification is achieved through a combination of 108 hours guided learning and assessments. This theoretical and practical training qualification offers a range of courses to maximise learning potential.
