Level 2 Certificate in Retail Skills

To complete the level 2 Certificate in Retail Skills, the candidate must achieve a minimum of 24 credits. A minimum of 19 credits must be achieved at level 2 and 8 credits will come from the mandatory unit: -Work effectively in your retail team The remaining credits with come from a choice of optional units such as: -Receive goods and materials into storage in a retail environment -Keep stock on sale at required levels in a retail environment -Process customer orders for goods in a retail environment -Demonstrate products to customers in a retail environmentOnce you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target. They will support you in the collection of the required evidence needed for your qualification through different assessment methods such as; professional discussion, observations, written questions, verbal questions, witness statements and any assignments.
