Course programme

This short course is designed to equip all food handlers with fundamental food hygiene knowledge, specific to the food safety needs of businesses operating in the catering and hospitality sectors.
The course, as with all CIEH qualifications, can be customised to meet both business and individual needs in order to make the learning experience relevant and fit for purpose.
