3. Entry requirements You will require five GCSEs A*- C including English and Maths or a full Level 2 qualification with literacy and numeracy at an appropriate level. 4. Equipment required No equipment required 5. Assessment method You will learn through a mixture of taught lessons, group work and practical activities and this will be applied to actual events and activities within the Hospitality industry. Assessment is via coursework which may take the form of written assessment, short presentations on given topics, role-play or group work for each unit.
