You will broaden your knowledge and gain important leadership skills studying the core units including: Provide leadership for your team; Develop effective working relationships; Contribute to the control of resources; Maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment; Lead a team to improve customer service.
Practical work within the College training restaurant will allow you to develop your supervisory skills, running functions and organising practical sessions for both lunch and dinner. Opportunities also include working within the industry at prestigious events and involvement in competition work.

About this course
The programme normally operates five days a week; Monday to Friday. The hours each day fluctuate according to the timetable. (There may be occasion that the programme runs four days a week.)

Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality, Supervision & Leadership.
BII Personal Licence Programme.
Assessments will be by a variety of methods including practical observation taking place within Chimes Restaurant. You will have the opportunity to create, organise and market your own themed evening within the restaurant. Oral questioning and written assignments will also assist with the development of your portfolio of evidence.
