The course was very good. People had recommended me to YMCAfit and I wasn't disappointed. The tutor was excellent. The facilities were ok with the only issue being driving away from the venue on a Saturday, but outside of that, I was impressed and have since done further courses.

I did this course last year and the tutors were excellent. The resources didn't look great and there was a lot to carry.
