Award: NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery (QCF)
Course ContentThis course is delivered over 2 evenings per week (dependant on trade experience). There is an advanced skill workshop plus theory session.
In addition you will be required to operate a commercial restaurant to undertake assessments.
