There are so many units that can be chosen to suit the job role and SDL make it easy to follow and guide you through the process at all times. We continue to use this company internally and also promote externally as they really are a pleasure to work with and get the job done! Course addressed needs and was surprised at how many optional units there were to choose from. Used SDL for individual qualifications and also for Advanced Apprenticeships - same excellent service & delivery & support no matter which route! Also can do just units if required - no problems in accommodating you.
Assessor has fantastic knowledge and understanding of the qualification & it's structure and also is incredibly supportive at all times - the Directors are also specialists in the field of work-based learning & this is clear in every experience you have. Genuinely without hestitation we recommend SDL - a well kept secret of who to deal with if you want the best for more than just quality, ease of communication & efficiency has just been exposed but don't tell everyone.

Found the starting the course process easy to do. Had a session that identified what I had to do to complete the qualification and my assessor Tom worked with me to follow this through as I had a lot of experience that counted towards the assessments. He explained everything to me always and this was good.
No need to attend college or to travel distances as he came to me on site at arranged times and this was really useful and also saved me time and money.
Felt confident and wasnt talked down and enjoyed seeing how well i was progressing with him.
Had a good experience and would recomend this to anyone who needs to get the qualification and like me doesnt have the certificate - The assessor was great and his experience and knowledege was good as he understood what I was doing and also understood about sites.
