The Programme Overview

The MA in Executive & Business Coaching is ideal for you if you work or aspire to work in the field of organisational or executive coaching. The programme is also highly appropriate for anyone who has an interest in employing coaching skills to enhance their own coaching practice or wishes to know how to employ coaching teams within their organisation for greatest effect.

Our team of experienced coaches will help you to gain a greater understanding of the different styles and approaches to coaching and how they can be used to transform organisational learning. We will also challenge you to reflect on your own skills and enhance your coaching practice so that you can help others to be more effective in seeing and achieving their goals.

The programme focuses on the development of personal coaching practice and knowledge sharing and casework discussions and is an essential part of the programme. This will enable you to review and reflect on your personal coaching practice, compare and contrast your interventions with your group peers and gain insight from others experiences.

If you have achieved the Diploma in Coaching Psychology (or equivalent) you will need to undertake a further 60 credit points. This is achieved by undertaking an Action Research Methods module and a dissertation.
