Managers & Mental Health

The Managers & Mental Health course, endorsed by HR Champions and listed on Emagister, is designed to increase individual manager's awareness of Mental Health in the workplace and how to identify the signs a team member who may be suffering could display. The course covers signs and symptoms of the more common mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression as well as looking at the stigma surrounding them. The course then focuses on how you as a manager hold a conversation with someone who may be struggling including ideas for conversation starters and the UK legislation that you should be aware of.

This course is usually run face-to-face as classroom-based learning but due to COVID-19 it is being held over Zoom in a live e-learning style, therefore, you must be able to attend the live Zoom sessions.
