Speakers:
Jonathan Maskew
Jonathan Maskew is a management and marketing consultant, trainer and qualified professional coach who specialises in working within the legal environment. He particularly focuses on the bar and Barristers chambers.
Formerly a Senior Clerk / Practice Manager with 20 years experience, Jonathan has a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing a busy chambers, and a former member of the Institute of Barristers' Clerks management committee.
Key involvement in the development of the national "BTEC Advanced Award in Chambers Administration" and also acted as a leading presenter and assessor.
Involvement in the development and currently acting as co-presenter of the Bar Standards Board national training course "Complaints Handling for Chambers".
In 2006 formed Footsteps Management Solutions, offering consultancy services to Chambers throughout the UK.
Currently assisting Chambers with a major restructuring initiative including performance development and review, business strategy and marketing initiatives to assist Chambers with their preparation for the challenges and opportunities alongside the reform and modernisation of the legal services market.
