Many studies have shown that the ancient Buddhist techniques of mindfulness can help people who feel that their lives are out of control, or that they are too busy to really savour their lives. Mindfulness has also been found to be effective in dismantling ‘bad or sad’ moods, and helpful in controlling overwhelming feelings. This course is based around meditation and practical techniques for developing mindfulness and awareness.
