We had an engaging tutor, changing the pace and direction to benefit the audience but still keeping on track. He was a very open-minded person, willing to answering all our questions and he put effort in articulating his responses. Apart from the instructor, the course materials were excellent, easy to follow and well-structured.

The instructor was amazing. He helped us understand how to change our language to match the person/people we communicate with and how to motivate them in a workplace situation.
