This course gives an increased knowledge and understanding of the reasons for safe manual handling procedures, regulations and legislation, the need for manual handling risk assessments and how they relate to improving health & safety. It also identifies how these safe manual handling principles can be put into everyday practice. Covers all the necessary theoretical and practical elements to ensure your staff comply with best practice and deliver safe dignified care.
** This course is designed to support delegates with the completion of the Care Certificate specifically standards 3, 5 and 13. Certificate and resources will be cross referenced to support the delegate complete the care certificate**
