Good but stressful university in the final year. Foods and stationery are too expensive to go to a big chain supermarket like Tesco Sainsbury's etc.

This MSc is designed to accelerate surgical training and improve surgical skills that are essential for building confidence in clinical practice. The programme offers the opportunity to develop, or extend, expertise in the established and rapidly developing areas of laparoscopic surgery and bowel anastomosis.
The course will provide students with a unique opportunity to practice and perfect the laparoscopic technical skills necessary to meet the standards set by The Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons of Great Britain and Ireland for obtaining LapPass – “The Laparoscopic Passport”.
As well as practical skills, you will gain a clear understanding of the research process, including research design, methodology, analysis, and presentation of work for publication.
Theory and skills demonstrations will be delivered via QMUL’s virtual learning platform. You will receive a take-home box simulator with instruments, sutures and practice jigs to enable regular skills practice. The programme will also make use of an online virtual platform that has been specially developed for learning laparoscopic surgery and bowel anastomosis.
This programme will:
Teach you basic and advanced laparoscopy tasks
Give you skills in laparoscopic suturing
