About this course

Band members, solo artists and session musicians. 16 yrs and over

Entry requirements 4 GCSEs Grade C or above - must include English or Maths. Audition also required.

Equivalent to 3 A-Levels and will earn you the UCAS Points needed to go on to University study.

During your time studying at dBs Music you will also have the opportunity to work as a session musician, working collaboratively alongside our music technology students with a ton of opportunities to perform and record.

This program covers all that the modern day performer needs to know about enhancing their playing, production, promotion and professional skills. The course covers music performance techniques, composition, using music technology in performance and fundamental studio recording techniques. You will also develop skills in marketing and event management.You will also be required as a session musician throughout your time with us working collaboratively alongside our music technology students. This course is perfect for band members, solo artists and session musicians.
