National Certificate Adventure Sports (Award Option)

Introduction
This is an action packed course on which you will gain the equivalent of two A levels plus the opportunity to take an extra award - the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Outdoor Activity Leadership.

About the course
This is a two year course covering 12 modules. If you choose to take your leadership certificate in the second year you will have two days of practical training each week in the great outdoors!
If you complete just the first year of this course, you will gain the National Award in Adventure Sports - the equivalent of one A level. Some students choose this as an option if they are having a year out - for instance if they are waiting to join the uniformed services.
