Course Outline:-
- Promote Understanding of the Standards Act
- To present the 43 standards involved
- Explanation of CSCI and how this impacts on employment role
Course Aims:-
- To raise the profile of the National Minimum Care Standards
- To identify staff responsibilities in evidencing standards in inspection
- To develop knowledge and understanding of the homes documentation
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain a working understanding of National Minimum Care Standards
- Gain Knowledge and understanding of how inspections are conducted
- Gain an in depth knowledge of the support systems that can be used in evidencing the standards
Upon successful completion of this course, the candidate will be certificated by: JRCS Training in accordance with induction standards linked to the common induction standards and codes of practice. This course aims to provide a sound working knowledge to enable the delegate to implement the protocols and procedures with confidence. This course will also give the delegate evidence towards Common Induction Standards, NVQ Units: HSC 23, 24 & HSC 33, 35 and preparation for further study.
