This course provides an understanding of the airport industry and develops general skills and knowledge of the duties required to be an Airport Passenger Services Agent. It will develop an understanding of airport communications and terminology and provide a knowledge of customer care and how to handle the needs of airline passengers

·Understanding Airport knowledge required by Airport Passengers Services Agent
·Deal effectively with the processing of Aircraft Passengers.
·Identify the boarding procedure for Aircraft passengers
·Identify the procedures for decontrolling passengers
·Procedures involved in disembarkation.

Assessment will be through portfolio building along with practical activities.
