Applications will be welcomed from individuals who have already shown an ability to excel and/or demonstrate the necessary commitment and potential. This is in addition to the standard college entry requirements for the programme you have chosen.

What will I study?
Netball skills development include: (individual and team) game strategy, tactics, fitness, nutrition, coaching, umpiring, psychology of competition and physical preparation. All students have the opportunity to achieve the All England Young Netball Organiser Award.
Duration:
One, two or three years according to the needs of the individual and the length of stay at the college on a programme of study. Netball development sessions run four times a week.
Do I need any additional qualifications/ skills?
Playing experience at club/school or county level would be an added advantage.
How will I be assessed?
There will be no formal assessment other than that associated with possible coaching awards. However, players performance and progress will be monitored through regular competition and practice.
What can I do afterwards?
Progression to senior club or county Netball and higher level coaching/officiating awards.
Are there any additional costs involved?
There are no fees involved with the course other than any associated with the coaching awards and the purchase of the playing kit which is done through the college. The course is an integral part of the students programme of full time study whilst at the college.
