NLP Thinking: How people think and produce their behaviour, cause and effect, responsibility, perception is projection, mind body connection.
Conscious and unconscious mind
Beliefs: Limiting and empowering beliefs
Goal setting
Representational systems: How people use their sense to create their experience
Rapport Building: How to build trusting relationships
Observation: What can you observe in others and what does it mean and not mean
Eye Movements: what can you tell from someone's thinking by hoe they move their eyes
Listening: What to listen out for in other peoples speech
Questioning: How to ask powerful questions
Suggestion: Understand the language of suggestion
Reframing: How to direct people's thinking, to help them understand a perspective that they have heretofore not seen.
Perceptual Positions: Looking at relationships from the other person's point of view
Anchoring: Utilising stimulus response to access positive states and eliminate negative ones
Strategies: Understanding the process by which people produce their behaviour
Time Line Therapy: How to access memories to release negative emotions form the past, and to release limiting beliefs.
