About this course

Ideally you will have around 2 - 3 years experience within a call centre environment, preferably at a senior level. You would be required to have some prior training in contact centres and you would need GCSC in English and Mathematics.

The NVQ Level 4 Contact Centre Professionals qualification is a fantastic way to become recognised for your skills and abilities in contact centres.

If have have a desire to reach the top, want to demonstrate your excellence and ability to be at the top, this course is for you.

To be successful in achieving ths qualification, you must complete 2 mandatory units, plus a maximum of two units from group B and the rest from group C.
