About this course
Ideally you will have around 2 - 3 years experience within a call centre environment, preferably at a senior level. You would be required to have some prior training in contact centres and you would need GCSC in English and Mathematics.

To be successful in achieving ths qualification, you must complete 2 mandatory units, plus a maximum of two units from group B and the rest from group C.
