Virtual Presentations one day workshop

We are now presenting virtually – 4 – 6 times a day on virtual calls. For many people, this is something completely new. Previously a small number of people in an organisation would present; now EVERYONE is presenting on screen! Add to this any concerns we might have about content or impact, this shows we need to know how to present virtually with confidence.

The Superstar Communicator Virtual Presentations Skills one day workshop ensures all attendees are able to:

· Develop their presentation skills in a virtual setting

· Understand the difference between virtual and face to face presentation skills

· Be aware of the straight forward technical side of presenting, to ensure they come across well

· Learn a number of techniques to ensure their content and delivery makes a positive impact when delivered to clients, prospects and colleagues

· Build up confidence

· Be awarded 6 CPD points

The course uses key elements of the Superstar Communicator™ methodology; a tried and tested methodology which enables anyone in business conversations to understand the whole process of spoken communication. The content includes:

· Working out the purpose of your presentation

· Who you are speaking to and ‘what’s in it for them’

· The relevance of the content

· The power of using stories and HOW to use them in presentations

· Simple structuring that helps make your content more memorable

· The power of brief presentations and why they are effective for virtual presentations

· The use of slides and how to make them more powerful

· Preparation

· Managing fear and nerves – simple techniques

· Performance – how to appear on screen

· Simple technical skills and knowledge to ensure you make the maximum impact on screen

· Ways to make your voice interesting and compelling to listen to

· Practice in presenting virtually with immediate feedback

· Managing questions and answers at the end of a presentation

Many of these techniques are also relevant for face to face presentations
