Outstanding Teamwork - Developing High Performing Teams

Outstanding teamwork is a practical and creative work shop to demonstrate the five hallmarks of outstanding teams. Clients will work with the five hallmarks of outstanding teams and learn how to develop team work, performance and productivity against these criteria. Good social interaction with business benefits, and a good base from which to build teams and increase team success.

The session is flexible, dynamic and easily tailored to suit your people, your industry and your needs based on the proven formula of the Outstanding Teams workshop. One Pharmaceutical client rewrote their communication strategy and designed a logo to go with it based on their creative outcomes from their session, whilst others have enjoyed it simply as a great teambuilding event. It can be tailored to be the start of a more in depth training programme, with ongoing training and coaching taking place based on the Hallmarks of Outstanding teams.

Participants will discuss top teams in business and sport, such as the All Blacks, Churchill’s Government, Red Arrows, Virgin and Royal Symphony Orchestra. Participants will ‘draw’ the top teams and present the hallmarks of each team in a very creative manner; as a group you will decide the top five hallmarks that can be applied to any team to test if they are truly ‘outstanding’. You can choose to have this delivered as social fun team building or professionally facilitated to deliver leadership development, culture change, goal and role alignment, and communication skills, giving you very real business benefits.

Clients will understand the five hallmarks of outstanding teams and be able to use them effectively in departments, project teams and businesses, to develop people, performance and productivity.

Clients will be able to identify the five key hallmarks and test themselves and their team in any situation against these five criteria that they create, through the facilitated session. PJ Stevens, lead facilitator, will share and discuss the Top Five Hallmarks, and work with you to align with your needs, business and ideas.
