Cook a range of quick and simple dishes suitable for teatime.

Course Content
  • Introduction to the course
  • Basic health and safety
  • To prepare and cook a range of simple family meals
  • Practice various methods of cookery
  • Basic food safety
  • Use knives and basic kitchen equipment
Equipment and Additional Costs
There is a cost of £4.50 per class to cover the cost of the ingredients.

You will need to bring an apron and a container for transporting food home.

Please wear shoes that cover the whole foot (not sandals) and a top with sleeves.
