Applicants must have achieved Carpentry Diploma Level 1 or equivalent.
PROGRAMME CONTENT/STRUCTURE
This course is designed to prepare people for work in the occupation of Site Carpentry and Joinery. It has been specifically developed for delivery in College using simulated practical conditions. Assessment is based on candidates demonstrating their knowledge and practical competence per unit.

First Fixing
Joists & Roofing

PROGRESSION/CAREERS OPPORTUNITIES
On successful completion, students can progress onto the Carpentry Diploma Level 3.
ASSESSMENT STRUCTURE Practical Phase Tests, Oral & Written tests and assignments. External online multiple choice exam.
