Is the course for me?
This programme is intended for employees who are currently working in Customer / Client contact roles. The award is intended to accredit you with skills that are being used in the work place.
What will I learn?
You will prove practical expertise against the performance criteria and will complete a portfolio of evidence to achieve the award. You will be assigned a personal tutor who will support you and provide additional knowledge and training to ensure you are successful in gaining your award. The programme includes units on a wide range of work activities. You will also be required to complete Key Skills - Application of Number & Communication at Level 1 and a Level 2 Technical Certificate in Customer Service.
How will I be assessed?
Assessment is through observation of practical activities in the workplace, examination of portfolio evidence and an on-line technical certificate examination that tests your knowledge and understanding.
