Course Content
  • Induction to the course
  • Health and Safety
  • Introduction to the safe handling of knives
  • Awareness of different foods and where they come from
  • Service and presentation of food
  • Basic food hygiene
  • Working together as a team
  • Making new friends


Equipment and Additional Costs
  • There is a cost of £4.00 per class to cover the cost of the ingredients.
  • Students will take home the dishes which they have prepared.
  • Students need to bring an apron with them, wear shoes that cover the whole foot (not sandals) and a top that covers their arms.
