The Course
Students are able to gain experience in preparing and cooking for banquets, buffets and dinners served in the Arundel Room Training Restaurant. This is a three term, one day a week course.

Already employed in, or with experience of, the catering industry or following completion of Level 1 qualification.
Other Costs
In addition to course fees you will be required to purchase professional chef whites, cook book and knives to the College standard, approx 200.
