The training is designed to develop knowledge and skills to enable the delegate to design and deliver focused and effective CRM training which address the nature of your company's operations, unique requirements and operating procedures. The programme content meets the standard CRM requirements and recommendations of: EU-OPS, JAR, CAA, FAA and ICAO. Suitable for: Delegates wishing to attain CRMI accreditation or conduct Line Training. Instructors in ground, simulator and line training environments.

The CAA approved core course is suitable for delegates wishing to attain CRMI accreditation for ground or line training.
The programme content meets the standard CRM requirements and recommendations of: JAR, C.A.A., F.A.A., and ICAO.
The 'Train the Trainer' course is 5 days in duration, covering theoretical aspects of modern CRM training with relevant references to, and examination of human factor related aviation incidents and accidents. The course utilises video footage, CVR recordings and Investigation Board Reports.
The course includes instructional techniques, facilitation, critique and feedback techniques, NOTECHS and assessment. Following the course the student will have the knowledge, foundation and materials to deliver a professional CRM course suitable for the pilots, or the combined pilots and cabin crew of Airline operations. The course includes:
- 5 days classroom training
- CRM Instructor Training Manual in hardcopy and on CD
- Full set of course handouts both on paper and CD-ROM
- PowerPoint presentation on CD
- Copyright permission for reproduction & utilisation of course manuals and handouts for use within your airline
- Certification on completion of course
- Investigation reports and studies are available for delegates to use during the CRM course
