Course content:
A course for those wishing to pursue a career in the beauty/holistic industries specialising in body massage
Successful students will gain knowledge and understanding in the relevance of anatomy and physiology when treating the body with Swedish massage.
This certificate covers the procedures and techniques involved in Swedish Massage.

Course Structure:
Delivery of the subject 3 hours per week.
You will need to have a minimum of 80% attendance in order to receive a certificate.

Course resources:
Excellent salon training environment; the latest products in the market are used at the college. All students have access to our fully equipped, state-of-the-art Learning Centre. This includes free Internet access.

Assessment:
Thorough assessment of knowledge and practical tasks.

Next step:
You will be qualified to work as a massage therapist or could progress onto a specialised massage course. Level 2 in Complementary Therapy.
