Course Content:
A vocationally related qualification (VRQ) aimed at anyone over the age of 19 who is seeking to increase their knowledge of palliative care. It is aimed at those working in the healthcare sector whose job includes caring for those who have a life-limiting illness. This course covers possible approaches to palliative care, principles of pain management and issues of death & bereavement. All training will take place within the workplace.

Internally assessed and externally moderated.
