The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it. The fact that time was taken for you to sit with each of us 1:1 really made a difference and I can’t recommend you highly enough.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. For the first time in probably ever, I took time to look at my psychology and behaviours and how this impacted my personal brand as the leader / ambassador for my company.
