We are delighted to welcome Leiths trained Alan Rosenthal to lead this inspirational One Pot Cooking course. Since graduating, Alan has set up the very successful stewed! company, devising, making and selling stews in a convenient form. Alan will be sharing his culinary secrets and delicious recipes with us on this hearty and full flavoured hands-on course.
The day will begin with coffee and pastries. After a short demonstration, you will go on to cook a selection of delicious one pot dishes. With Alan and the Leiths chefs on hand, you will glean plenty of tips on technique, preparing ahead and storage so that these one pot wonders can become part of your everyday repertoire.
