The Chartered Institute of Marketing qualifications are designed to support the personal and professional development of individuals working within the marketing function and related areas. Highly regarded within the industry and internationally recognised, the course aims to provide marketing professionals with knowledge and understanding of key marketing concepts, frameworks and techniques, developing many transferable skills which they can then apply in the workplace. The overall aim of CIM qualifications is to focus on the core aspects of marketing theory and practice in an integrated and applied fashion. The core units include: marketing management in practice marketing research and information marketing communications marketing planning Learners will be able to devise, implement and evaluate marketing plans. Learners may be required to take part in a residential weekend as part of their personal and professional development. Learners will become Associate Members of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
