This advanced level workshop will provide learners who are familiar with project management with the skills and knowledge to become effective project managers. Although the course is not Prince 2 accredited our trainer is a Prince 2 practitioner so delegates can enquire about these methodologies if they wish. The course links in to our Introduction course, so delegates new to project management can attend both to become a successful project manager. Suitable for: Those who have completed Introduction to Project Managment course or already within a Project Management role
About this course
Previous project management experience is preferred, although no pre course work is required.
