The aim of the course is to provide your employees with the basic knowledge and practical experience they need to carry out emergency first aid in the workplace. It will enable them to act as your appointed person and to take charge of the first aid arrangements, including looking after your first aid equipment and facilities and calling the emergency services when required.

About this course
Candidates are not required to have any prior knowledge or qualifications in first aid to enable them to attend this course. It is also recommended that candidates have a minimum of Level 1 in English or equivalent.
