Part 1 – Legislation To understand the legislative requirements in relation to employment law.
Part 2 – Competency-based interviewing Increasingly organisations are taking a competency-based approach to interviewing staff, replacing a short panel interview with an assessment centre approach. Managers will be introduced to the benefits and techniques involved in this process and have the opportunity to further their skills in order to prepare for this development.
