REHIS Diploma in Advanced Food Hygiene
If you are a supervisor or manager and want to offer training in food hygiene at elementary level, this course is for you.

The course covers the following topics: bacteriology, bacterial and non-bacterial food poisoning, food-borne infections, food contamination and prevention, personal hygiene, food storage, temperature control and food preservation, design, construction and maintenance of food premises and equipment, cleaning, disinfection and pest control, legislation, hazard analysis and critical control points and the education and training of food handlers.

Further Study/Employment
On completion of this course you can register with REHIS and after satisfying certain criteria progress to delivering your own food hygiene training.

Duration: 1 week plus 1 day examination
