REHIS Introduction to Food Hygiene
This course is an ideal introduction to an absorbing and complex subject. The course would suit anyone who handles food, but not as their main occupational task. It is a programme designed to provide basic training and knowledge in food hygiene.

This is a non-examined course but those who complete the programme receive a certificate of attendance.

Courses are organised and delivered throughout the year.
