Retail BTEC First Diploma Level 2

About the course:
This course is designed to build up your skills and confidence to enable you to work in the retail sector. Retail is an active practical one-year course through which you will learn the skills needed to gain employment in retail.

Course Content:
You will cover the main areas of any retail operation, such as, Selling Techniques, Customer Service, Merchandising, Display and Point-of-Sale. As part of your course you will be applying the knowledge and skills you have learnt through a range of practical activities. You will also be developing your Key Skills in Literacy and Numeracy.

Equipment Requirements:
All equipment required is provided by the College.

Assessment:
By practical based assignment work.

Progression:
National diploma in Business or out to the exciting world of retail.
