Sanatan Kriya encapsulates all the eight limbs of Ashtanga Yoga. Based on the principle that "vikriti" or disease is nothing but a deviation from "prakriti" or nature, the Kriya brings the practitioner into "santulan" or a state of balance. Yoga is not only asans and pranayams; its a way of life and ashtang means Eight limbs which have to be followed in totality, otherwise its not yoga but fooling the self.
