Through awakening to our innate wisdom, our experience of ordinary suffering changes and Tara in particular can offer us healing and a more connected feeling. An introduction to Tara, drawing on the teachings and methods of Tibetan Buddhism will give us awareness meditation, visualisation and mantra recitation – practices which invite the direct experience of Tara's presence and blessing. An experiential class for International Woman's Day. Suitable for both men and women.

A gentle movement practice

There are no additional costs. Wear clothes you can comfortably sit and move in. Bring an open mind. Any yoga or meditation course at the City Lit.
