About this course

Upon completion of the course and successfully passing all assessments, you will gain the Level 2 qualification in Working as a Door Supervisor in the Private Security Industry. This qualification is a requirement in order to apply for your licence with the Security Industry Authority.

Unit 3 - Conflict Management

The third module of the course teaches different methods and techniques recommended for coping with conflict situations.
