Society Health and Development Diploma Higher Level 2

What will you be learning?
This Diploma is part of the new national qualifications designed to enable students to develop a range of academic knowledge and vocational skills within an employment sector.

At this level, you will be introduced to the work and responsibilities of the different professions from the sector in more detail. The 6 main themes studied are: The sectors in context; principles and values in practice; partnership working; communication and information sharing; personal and professional development in the work environment; safeguarding and protecting individuals and society.

What happens when you have finished?
You can progress to a relevant Level 3 course if you achieve a merit or distinction grade.
