Course programme

Course Content:
Week 1- Introductions to the course and each other. Learn how to use tools and handle pastes to create pulled, frilled and cutter blossoms.
Week 2 – Learn how to make ribbon loops and a variety of leaves, then wire up flowers and leaves to create a posy or a spraylet. Discuss how to use these on a cake


Assessment Methods:
A letter will be sent out to you prior to the course commencing, suggesting items that you may already have that would be useful to bring on the first night.
The tutor will have items that you can borrow and will be able to suggest where you can buy if you wish.
