Course programme
Supervision is a process in which one worker is given responsibility to work with another worker in order to meet corporate, departmental, professional and personal objectives. These are competency, accountability in performance, continuing professional development and personal support.
Supervision works best where there is a shared perception of and commitment to the process by both parties, based on clarity about agreed roles, responsibilities and expectations.
