A TAQA Award is an award in Training, Assessment and Quality Assurance. This award replaces the old A1/A2 Assessor awards. Anybody who wants to use their knowledge and skills to assess Apprenticeships and NVQ’s. For example, you could be a plumber, a hairdresser or a retail assistant. People looking to change their career could become assessors or people who want to share their skills and knowledge.
