Course programme

Our 'Taste of Ghana' cookery course fuses cuisine from across Ghana to bring you tasty Ghanaian food. In this course we will being using fresh ingredients as well as our range of 100% organic spices and spices blends. This is a unique opportunity to discover delicious Ghanaian food. Our classes are suitable for cooks of all levels and is a great chance to meet other foodies in a fun and welcoming class. Typical dishes taught on this course include: Ghanaian-style Jollof rice Kelewele (diced plantain in a traditional Ghanaian spicy sauce) Peanut soup and Ghanaian bean stew The Saturday afternoon course will be held from 2:30pm - 6:30pm. Class places are limited and we anticipate this course to become fully booked,so to register, please contact us.
