These classes can be for fun and entertainment; a great way to spend an evening with your friends or colleagues and to learn how to cook a few new dishes. You might be making a drastic change to your lifestyle wanting to cook healthy nutritious meals, or maybe needing some inspiration to cook some interesting different family meals. Perhaps someone has a particular dietary need and you need some ideas as to what you might cook. Whether it is for fun or for a more serious reason a workshop can be arranged and designed to suit you.
There has always been a Men’s class on a Wednesday evening and these are of a drop-in nature. We have a permanent core group of regular Wednesday Nighters, but new blood is definitely welcome. The format is informal, but the outcome is always a great dinner and lively conversation.
